Faktura

Faktura is a LaamaFusion product that connects WooCommerce shops to Netvisor accounting. The merchant installs the plugin, enters a connect code and their Netvisor API credentials, and from then on the shop and the books stay in step with no copying by hand.

Standard adds an Invoice payment method to the checkout. Every invoice order becomes a Netvisor sales invoice within seconds, the invoice PDF goes to the customer with the order confirmation, and when the invoice is paid, the order moves forward in the shop by itself. Cancellations and refunds are booked correctly without anyone having to remember them.

Pro solves the problem accountants complain about most: a payment provider's payout reaches the bank as one sum with fees deducted, and it never matches individual sales. Faktura reads Klarna, Paytrail, Stripe, WooPayments and PayPal payouts with the shop's own keys, books the sales to a clearing account and each payout's fees as one entry. The bank line then matches with a single bank rule.

Sync keeps stock levels the same in the shop and in Netvisor, in the direction the customer chooses, and a nightly check fixes any difference before anyone notices it.

We built the whole thing end to end: the WordPress plugin, the Netvisor integration, the payment provider connections, pricing and checkout, the customer portal views and the support tools. API calls run one at a time per company, keys are stored encrypted, and every error is shown to the merchant in plain language.
