Hosting and care
Does the service include maintenance?
Yes. WordPress care includes servers built for WordPress. Shared hosting often slows the database. We run current PHP, object cache, and speed watch.
What is the maintenance pricing based on?
Every site is different. You pay for the care the site needs. We start with a free review: plugins, security, speed. Then we pick a monthly care plan.
What kind of support do you offer?
If the site is on our care and it goes down, we bring it back. Even if the error was yours. You have a named contact, not a ticket queue.
What if I need help editing or adding content?
We can walk you through WordPress: copy, pages, images. Ask, and we book a short training.
Do you host WooCommerce sites?
Yes. A shop needs tighter care than a brochure. Security, speed, and plugins sit in the same agreement.
Why are WordPress security updates important?
Old plugins are the usual hole. Updates carry security patches. We apply them so a broken plugin does not sit overnight. Monthly is a sound pace.
Website projects
How long does it take to build a website?
Most jobs take 3 to 6 weeks. Size and your feedback set the pace. We work in phases so you always know where we are. If the date is tight, say so at the start.
Can I update the website myself after it is live?
Yes. We build with tools you can use. We walk you through. Text, a new page, a blog post. You do not call a developer for every line.
Do I need to buy hosting or a domain separately?
You can, but you do not have to. Bring the address you have. Or take WordPress care with us. We connect what you already own.
What if I need something more custom than a package?
A package is a starting point. Write what is missing. We book a planning call and quote that work.
How does the feedback process work during the project?
You are in it from start to finish. After the first design, you get two structured rounds. A third is possible. The aim is to hit it, not drag it.
