What we did
Crew
Crew is a LaamaFusion product that lets a business build its own AI agents without code. Each agent gets a name, a job and its own knowledge: files, notes and, when needed, read-only access to a company database. Answers come from the business's own material, not guesswork.
Own skills are at the heart of Crew. The business writes a skill once in plain language, such as how to answer a quote request or what to ask before a project starts, and gives it to the agents it applies to. The platform's internal skills are kept separate, so customers only see their own skills and the shared Crew basics.
The same agent can serve on the website as a chat bubble that matches the brand colours, logo and greeting. Visitors get short, accurate answers, and contact requests land in one inbox that is easy to follow up. Visitors never reach account tools.
Safety is built in: an agent only sees what it has been allowed to see, and before it changes anything important it shows what it will do and waits for approval. Usage runs on monthly credits, so costs stay predictable.
We built the whole thing end to end: the agent builder, knowledge search, skill management, the website chat widget and its WordPress install, the leads inbox, credit billing and a dedicated full-screen Crew app inside the customer portal.
