What we did
Klapei
Klapei.com sells Finnish birch firewood across the Uusimaa region. It is run by Puunkaatopalvelu O&L Oy, a tree felling company with 15 years of experience with heavy equipment in tight yards. They needed a shop where customers order without a round of phone calls.
We built a one-page shop on WooCommerce: products, prices, delivery, company, terms and FAQ in one view. Customers choose 2 to 16 loose cubic metres, and larger batches are requested as a quote from the same product.
On the product page, customers check with their postcode whether the order can be delivered to their area and see the estimated delivery time before ordering. The delivery section explains up front how much space the crane truck needs in the yard, so there are no surprises on delivery day.
