OMA

OMA is the multi-tenant platform Lanetti runs its business on. Every customer organisation, reseller and team works in its own isolated space with its own users, roles and data. It all runs on one codebase that ships improvements every week without disrupting customers.

It replaced a patchwork of separate tools with one login. Customers buy and manage websites, domains, DNS, email, backups, uptime monitoring and file storage, pay invoices and subscriptions, and get support, all in one place and in 20 languages.

Agencies get a white-label edition: their own brand and domain, their own clients, packages, invoices and payments, while the platform runs hosting and operations underneath.

Support and AI are part of the core. An omnichannel support desk brings email, web and messaging channels into one queue. The Moira assistant answers from each customer's own account data and hands hard cases to a person. With Crew, businesses build their own AI agents with a knowledge base and a website chat widget that collects leads and requirement briefs.

Around the core sit our own products: Photon image optimisation, a licence manager for WordPress plugins, Faktura accounting integration for WooCommerce, website security scanning and a quote builder with e-signing.

Beneath the interface is an API and MCP layer with more than 300 tools. Partners, automations and AI agents use exactly the same logic and permission checks as the portal, and every change to a live service asks for confirmation first.

OMA is LaamaFusion's largest product: designed, built and operated end to end, from the database and billing logic to the interface, security and infrastructure.
